As a music producer, inspiration comes at any given moment, and most often when it’s least expected. Being prepared for such moments can be crucial in this profession. In today’s world technology is so advanced that it’s not too hard to record an idea at the drop of a hat. Between MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, gaming laptops and even some android based tablets, music production is always at your finger tips.
My (on the go) preference is an iPad Pro and a pair of bluetooth headphones. Minimal and simplistic as it may sound, it provides a great working environment. Portable in every way, fast and reliable, and with a lot of professional features. Whether relaxing by the pool, or camping in the mountains, nothing stands in the way of tracking out that moment of inspiration.
