Episode 05: Staycationing
Welcome to the many facets of Keys Collab
When most people are looking to get away, the Keys Collab team is looking to get it in ! With multiple production studios strategically place in different regions of the US, we purposely try to cover as much ground as possible. As a team of producers with different ethnic, cultural and musical backgrounds things never get boring. One of the ways we add spice to the music is to incorporate elements that might not be expected in certain genres.
So what do we do for fun … simple …. MUSIC ! Some people make plans to go to exotic places, but the Keys Collab team, bring the exotic home with us.
How about some African drum patterns over top of a Brazilian guitar, mixed with church chords, laced with R&B pads and a penetrating electric guitar. Now that’s a vacation without ever having to leave the studio, so lets call it a “Staycation”
